Yesterday, the university we are attending notified us that the fax from the Russian Consulate in San Francisco came in. This should hopefully clear up the issue of Mercy having a business visa. Mercy is severely disappointed to have to quit her job, but we are consoling her as best we can. Maybe she can try again in 18 years....
